Who we are
This website is run by Rayyan Ghumra, a sole trader trading as Astrape. You can contact us at hello@astrape.co.uk or write to us at 66 Hampton Road, Birmingham B6 6AB. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Using the site
You are welcome to browse the site and to contact us through it. Please do not:
try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it;
use automated tools to flood the contact form or to copy the site at scale; or
send anything unlawful, abusive or misleading through the contact form.
Our work and content
The design, text, code and other content on this site belong to us, or are used with permission. You may view it and share links to it, but please do not copy or reuse it without asking us first.
Projects are agreed separately
Nothing on this site is an offer or a contract. If we agree to work together, the work will be covered by a separate written proposal or agreement, and that document (not these terms) sets out what we will deliver, the price and how payment works.
Information on this site
We try to keep the information here accurate and up to date, but it is general information and not advice. Where the site links to other websites, we do not control them and are not responsible for their content.
Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss or damage that arises from your use of this free website or from relying on its content, except where we have been at fault.
Privacy and cookies
How we handle personal information is explained in our privacy notice, and what the site stores on your device is explained on our cookies and storage page.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute, although if you live elsewhere in the UK you may also have the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
